ABOUT SAAJ WEDDINGS
Who We Are
We started Saaj Weddings in Jaipur because there’s nowhere else like it. The city has this incredible layers of history—the forts, the heritage hotels, and the specialized craftsmen who have been here for generations. But we also realized that planning a wedding here is complicated.
Over the last decade, we’ve built the local network you need to get things done. We know the venues that look good in photos but have tricky logistics, and we know the vendors who actually show up on time. We don't just "manage events"—we solve the problems that pop up when you're coordinating hundreds of people across multiple days.
Whether it’s a quiet dinner or a full-scale destination wedding, our goal is the same: to make sure you’re actually present at your own wedding, instead of worrying about the lighting or the transport.
HOW WE THINK
The way a space feels matters
A wedding is not just a ceremony with decoration on top. The lighting, the arrangement of chairs, the flowers people walk past on the way in — all of it shapes how the day actually feels. We spend a lot of time on those details because that is what guests remember, usually without knowing why.

From first call to last dance

The honestly-about-you phase
We start with a long conversation. We want to know what you hate as much as what you love. We ask the blunt questions about budget and guest lists now, so we don’t waste your time with mood boards that don’t make sense later.

Translating the vision
This is where we turn "vibe" into something concrete. We look at floor plans, lighting specs, and floral combinations. We don’t just show you pretty pictures—we show you how they fit into the venue you’ve chosen.

The logistics grind
This part is boring to look at but critical to the day. Vendor contracts, transport schedules, power backups, and day-of timelines. We obsess over the details here so that everything feels effortless when the first guest arrives.

On-site execution
Our team is the first to arrive and the last to leave. We handle the load-in, the vendor management, and the inevitable last-minute changes. If something goes wrong, we fix it quietly. Your job is just to enjoy the party.
THE TEAM
People who care about your wedding
Our team is a mix of planners, designers, and on-ground coordinators who have worked on weddings of all types across Rajasthan. Some of us have been doing this for years. A few joined more recently. What we have in common is that we take the work seriously and show up for the couple.
We work well with families, external planners, and venue teams. If you have people you already trust, we can slot in alongside them. If you want us to handle everything, we can do that too.
